Membership Policy

Membership Fees.
Customer shall pay for all membership fees, and hereby authorizes SamNailSupply.com (and its payment processors) to charge Customer's PayPal account, as stated on Customer's Membership page. Customer agrees that all membership plans are recurring and will renew automatically.
Cancellation Policy.
Customer acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Customer cancels their membership plan. Customer may cancel their membership by logging into their SamNailSupply.com account and going to the Manage membership page and choosing the “Change” or "Cancel" options. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Customer with the expiration date of the membership. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your membership. However, you can also contact support before the payment due date if you are having difficulty or need help.
Refunds.
SamNailSupply.com membership includes a 7-day free trial. After 7 days, the chosen membership is billed in advance on an annual basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. SamNailSupply.com does not offer prorated refunds for canceled membership plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
All membership plans are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. SamNailSupply.com also does not offer refunds for canceled membership plans after renewal.
